Practise introducing yourself, explaining your motivation and career moves, and discussing what you are looking for in your next role.

Each session: 60 minutes — 30 minutes of interview practice + 30 minutes of feedback.

I recommend two sessions: use the first to identify what to improve, then repeat the interview in the second to practise applying the feedback.

MOCK INTERVIEW / COMPETENCIES
06

In-depth competency-based interview

Prepare to discuss your professional experience in depth. In English or Russian.

Practise behavioural questions about specific situations, your actions and results. Review your STAR examples and work through follow-up questions.

Each session: 90 minutes — 60 minutes of interview practice + 30 minutes of feedback.

With two sessions, you can work on the feedback from the first meeting and practise your answers again in the second.
